| HEARTBREAK Definition: A strong feeling of sadness. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Not bargained for! And not seen coming!! And brought about by the most unlikely of sources!!! 2. A lot was invested in thing that causes sadness, with a natural or justifiable expectation of profit, benefit, gain, etc. That is, disappointment is considered not deserved. 3. All possible efforts to avoid situation are made and fail. 4. Loss, disadvantage, etc. occurs as a result of strong feeling. 5. Heart is 'broken' to smithereens! That is, 'pieces' cannot be put together again! In other words, feeling cannot be assuaged in the future, especially by who or what caused break!!! 6. (Reserved.) (Will not lead to suicide or attempted suicide. Or to the perpetration of an illegality or immorality. And time, the great healer, will surely mend 'broken organ'.) 7. A lesson would be learned from the situation so that the healed heart is not broken ('crushed') again (finally!) in the future (to emphasize, connect to #6). ___________________________ ...
