| HAVOC (1) Definition: A situation in which there is a lot of damage, destruction or confusion. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Not planned or deliberate; not prepared for or foreseen - the extent of damage or destruction or the confused state. (See perfect EMERGENCY.) 2. Damage, destruction or confusion is inevitable, even if this fact will only be known afterwards (to emphasize). (See perfect TSUNAMI.) 3. A solution or an 'answer', if known, to return to a near-normal state has not been applied. (See perfect CONFUSION (5).) 4. Unplanned loss or losses will arise from the situation. That is, what is damaged or destroyed will be valuable. Or fallout of confusion will be undesirable. (See perfect LOSS (2).) 5. Enormous resources (= time, finance, etc.) will be required to restore or rectify situation. (See perfect EXPENSE (1).) 6.
