| HARDNESS (4) Definition: The state of showing no sympathy or affection. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the person showing lack of sympathy or affection. 2. Justifiable. That is, hard person has a reason, even if this is not disclosed. 3. (Reserved.) Quality is shown or lasts for appropriate duration. 9. Serves purpose(s) or achieves objective(s).
