Purposeful (connect to #2 & #8). 2. Necessary to provide dormitory. 3. Structure (= building) is solid. 4. Clean, neat and tidy, at all times. 5. Convenient and comfortable. That is, place is not overcrowded and building has adequate infrastructural provisions. 6. Safe, secured and protected, with guards, fencing, etc., etc. 7. (Reserved.) (Cost of room space is affordable, especially for indigent students.) 8. Adequately and appropriately furnished or equipped, with modern facilities for communication, entertainment, etc. 9. Located appropriately - not too far to the 'heart' of campus (= the university), and with easy accessibility for students. 10. Conducive for living (and studying?) in; quiet and lively. That is, its surroundings or environment is right for occupants/residents. 11. Building serves purpose(s), exactly as hoped for. ______________________________ * WHATEVER THE NAME. | |
