Place is specific and identifiable. 3. Majority or main movable assets, possessions, etc. are mainly in the particular place. 4. Most of the free time of person/animal is or will be spent therein. 5. Ownership, lease, rental, etc. is not in contention. That is, place can be lived in for duration desired, whether partly or fully solely owned, hired, rented, etc. 6.
