| HABITAT (1) Definition: The place where a particular type of animal or plant is normally found. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Natural, not artificially created. 3. Complete, that is, the environment or surroundings lack nothing that animal or plant would naturally need for survival and/or growth. 4. Usually safe, secured and protected - not 'invaded' by other breeds or species of animals or plants or by man! 5. Clean, neat and tidy - not polluted or decaying, even if filthy for a specific type of animal! 6. Comfortable and convenient - not overcrowded or having an 'overbearing' atmosphere. That is, place is spacious and free enough for animal or plant to roam, roar, climb, etc., as much as desired. 7. Serves purpose(s).
