Gymnastics
GYMNASTICS

Definition: Physical exercises that develop and show the body's strength and ability to move and bend easily, often done as a sport in competitions.

* All nine elements should be in.


1. Purposeful and necessary for the gymnast(s).

2. Exercises and their outcomes are specific and identifiable.

3. Activities and results are measurable and/or assessable, whether supervised or not, graded or not.

4. Involves and will affect the whole joints in body (to emphasize).

5. No injury, wound, etc. will be suffered by gymnast.

6. Pain, tiredness, exhaustion, etc. after exercises are not excessive. That is, person will be physically fit and healthy at the time of and after performing exercises.

7. Lasts for a reasonable period of time (connect to #6).

8. No damage, destruction, etc. occurs to equipment, if any, stage, or environment, etc. as a result of a mishandling, misuse, etc.

9. Exercises serves purpose(s), whatever this/these is/are.
