Purposeful and necessary and announced before start of activity. 2. Commences at the right time and lasts for reasonable duration. 3. Preparations are made and preliminary routines are completed. 4. So-called holy water is contained in a clean aspersorium. 5. Sprinkled by the right person(s), with right implement. 6. All the members of clergy and congregation get drops. 7. Achieves goal(s), without causing an unplanned loss. 8. High Mass with all in attendance, holds afterwards. 9. (Reserved.)
