| GUILT COMPLEX Definition: (disapproving) Feeling very guilty about something in a way that you consider exaggerated, unreasonable, or unnecessary. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Did not directly or deliberately contribute to causing the particular thing or bringing about the thing. 2. Not in a strategic position to do something to alter thing for good or change feeling to positive. 3. What should follow thing, such as an apology, a recompense, reconciliation, forgiveness, etc. has been made or obtained. 4. Another opportunity or a second chance would not be presented or available to reverse thing or correct what caused bad feeling. 5. Behaviour is not in the nature of person being overly pessimistic. That is, the display, coming from person, will be kind of confounding. 6. Feeling lasts or continues for a period that will be considered tolerable, whether duration of mood is short or average or long. 7. Excessive showiness will bring an unplanned loss, disadvantage, etc., to who has complex, if not immediately then in the future. ___________________________________________ ... without a remedial action, IT'S NO GOOD. | |
