Purposeful and necessary (to emphasize). 2. Knows the direction to place(s), like the back of his or her hands. And can give answer(s), explanation(s), etc. whenever required. 3. Will be present or available whenever needed. And physically fit to perform duties. 4. Has a high level of personal hygiene, especially if required to accompany people to the particular places. 5. Has excellent communication and inter-personal relationship skills. 6. Smart, brisk and sharp - will not point or lead sluggishly. 7. Honest, truthful and sincere (connect to #4). 8.
