Recorded in impressive gains such as an improved balance of trade, balance sheet, positive loss and loss statements, balance of payment, Gross Domestic Product, etc., etc. - on time. 8. Basic standard of living indices on inflation, stock valuation or market capitalization, foreign direct investment, pricing, productivity, return on investment, employment ratios, etc. are favourable - real time. 9. Rise is sustained and stabilized over a reasonable period of time; not a voodoo, 'flash in the pan' increase - all-time. 10. Benefits of increase are not wasted or embezzled by those in the controlling echelons of the economy or politics. That is, gains of increase reaches all, by way of development, be this infrastructural, sociopolitical, industrial, educational, etc. - on course. 11.
