Contents of who or what has quality (power) will be fairly new or unfamiliar to the senses. 2. The features or basics of the person or thing, be it a cynosure or an eye-catcher, will be challenging to the mind. 3. Components or parts, or stages or steps, etc.will be such that will engender a desire to be involved (participation). 4. Some designs (dreams) and desires (plans), by who is having an encounter, would be built around personality or concept. 5. Influence (authority) will be present for a considerable period of time to have the impact of 'pulling' interest. 6.
