| GRILLING Definition: A period of being questioned closely about your ideas, actions, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity, by the questioners, to seriously 'scrutinize' or question you. 2. Act is approved or authorized. That is, you cannot avoid the situation (= questioning). 3. Takes place at the right location, time, etc. 4. The questions, queries, claims, accusations, etc. are not known by you beforehand (connect to #3). 5. Questions, etc. are in-depth, penetrating, that is, difficult but surely answerable. 6. No time limitation to respond to or answer question. (But you have no laxity either to take 'forever' to respond.) 7. Replies or responses that are given will not be easy. That is, some serious thought will be involved in giving answers or making response, even if you are seemingly prepared. 8. Answers provided will be satisfactory for the questioner(s). 9.
