| GREY AREA Definition: (especially British English) An area of a subject or situation that is not clear or does not fit into a particular group and is therefore difficult to define or deal with. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Not a restricted area - can be studied, examined, investigated, etc. as much as required. 2. Characteristics, contents and/or elements of area are believed completely and fully developed. 3. Not deliberately made obscurantist or to be a misfit. 4. Researcher, learner, investigator, etc. is believed not lacking in experience or intelligence (connect to #3). 5. Subject area or situation cannot be discountenanced or ignored. 6.
