In other words, distinctly understandable for what it is. 4. Measurable and/or assessable - not a half-hearted or an incomplete thing (= talk or gesture). (Connect to #3.) 5. Thing is very appropriate for the occasion, time and recipient. 6. Thing or action is said or done timely. 7. Seen or heard clearly or audibly by who it is directed at. 8.
