Purposeful and necessary to have combination. 2. A need or request exists for work (to emphasize). 3. Concept will be brilliant, even if with a deliberate error. 4. Handiwork and/or production will be clearly eye-catching. 5. Choice or pictures and words will enhance the message to be sent. 6. What is produced will remain in position, or will be broadcast, or can be presented, for period or duration or at the time desired. 7.
