Purposeful and necessary, in the opinion of giver. 2. Requested and/or applied for by the beneficiary. 3. Not illegal or unapproved/unauthorized. 4. Purpose(s) of fund is specific and identifiable. And this/these is/are stated on the occasion of fund release. 5. Amount is adequate, in the opinion of recipient (to emphasize). 6. Amount is released and received timely. 7. Used for what it is meant for. That is, money serves purpose(s). 8.
