Neat, clean and tidy - that is, all the rooms will be well maintained at any point in time. 5. Safe, secured and protected - without the possibility the old occupant being unnecessarily disturbed. 6. Properly located rooms, as decided by the oldie (connect to #2). 7. Atmosphere and space in rooms are appropriate for the user. 8.
