Purposeful and necessary to give/allow additional time. 2. Some real effort was being made, to accomplish thing, during the earlier period. 3. Requested for and/or approved or authorized accordingly. 4. Added time is considered as adequate by the beneficiary (connect to #6, to emphasize). 5. Extra time is given in good time. 6.
