| GOVERNMENT (1) Definition: (often - the Government) (abbreviation: govt) The group of people who are responsible for controlling a country or state. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. And stable with a mandate ! 2. Representative. That is, group has an authorization to control. And, in practice, represents the people. 3. Has a program that is considered progressive for the people of state or country being led. And its economic policies should be investor-friendly. 4. Group is made up of only patriotic, full citizens, not those with dual citizenship or ... . 5.
