| GOAL (2) Definition: The act of kicking or hitting the ball into the frame or posts, with a net, into which players must kick or hit the ball in order to score a point. ____________________________________________________________________ * The ref has really nothing to do with a goal being perfect or not. How ref adjudged, simply makes goal allowed or disallowed. ** All eight elements should be in. 1. Does or did not result, directly or indirectly, from a foul that should have been penalized, but was not, in the build-up to scoring.. 2. The whole ball crosses or crossed all of the line, below the crossbar and between the two posts, from which the ball can be declared as scored (a goal!).(TV replay or video evidence, if necessary, please.) 3. Point (= goal) is or was scored during regulation time, including time-added on, where necessary. That is, no doubts will arise from the minutes played, especially if goal was the last kick of the ball during match!
