| GO-GETTER Definitions: i. (informal) A person who is determined to succeed, especially in business. ii. (approving) If someone is a go-getter, they are energetic and eager to succeed. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Has a purpose, declared or not, and is focused. 2. Considers approach necessary; confident and hopeful. 3. Knows specific and identifiable objective(s) or goal(s). 4. Plans, prepares and follows programmes and arrangements. That is, cannot be discouraged or distracted once he or she starts an activity. 5. Good at decision-making and in man management, crisis management, change management, risk-taking, risk management, etc., as applicable. 6. Cost-effective in the handling of time, space and other resources. 7. Acts timely and orderly. That is, will seize the first or earliest chance and operates within the boundaries of the law or regulations. 8. Puts into an endeavour his or her best shot, or maximum effort, each and every time, without hesitation or fail. 9.
