| GLOBETROTTING Definition: (informal) The act of travelling in many countries all over the world. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity to travel to many countries all over the world. 2. Undertaken with different modes and forms of transport: road, rail, air or sea - even if as a successful stowaway! 3. Learning and knowledge is acquired during trips and these experiences and exposure are deployed for the benefit of the society and the world at large. 4. Each of the seven continents is reached and stayed in for a considerable period of time, during each tour. 5. The main important cities and towns - capitals, commercial and administrative centres, tourists and historical sites, etc., - are reached in the countries visited (connected to #3 & #4). 6. No unplanned loss occurs during journeys - no shipwrecks, accidents, crash landing, etc. And no health challenge is faced moving from one place to another. And no personal encounter with pirates, robbers, pickpockets, etc. 7. Activities engaged in during tours do not despoil the environment or damage the ecosystem. (To emphasize.) 8.
