Word is said in the right place; in public or where there is a certainty that conversation or meeting is being watched or monitored or recorded. ________________ "HELLO" ... 3. Word uttered is not supported or accompanied by any complementary gesture - a hug or bear hug, backslapping, handshake, etc. (To emphasize.) 4. Greeting is responded to appropriately, whether sincerity is recognized or not, and whether reply is also genuine or not. ____________ "HI" ... 5. Act serves purpose(s) as exactly hoped for by 'politrician'. That is, duplicitous remark will hoodwink the unwary. 6.
