| GIVER Definition: (often in compounds) A person or an organization that gives. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Person or organization has a purpose and considers it a necessity to give. That is, act can be justified, whether thing is stingily or generously given. 2. Gives unconditionally. Or, gives under the most liberal condition(s). That is, may specify term(s), if any, be act voluntary (= of a freewill) or forced (= by legal compulsion). 3. Gives the right thing(s) that is/are needed, demanded or required, by the recipient(s), whether receiver(s) is/are grateful or not. 4. What is given is timely released, issued, supplied, etc. to the beneficiary or beneficiaries. 5. What he/she/it owns fully is what is given. (Not what is owed: a repayment, refund, etc.) And no demand will be made later for the return of thing. 6.
