| GENTLEMANS AGREEMENT Definition: (written as - gentleman's agreement) An agreement made between people who trust each other, which is not written down and which has no legal force. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to have understanding, whatever their gender or sexual orientation. 2. Important not to have details written down, whatever this/these is/are (see definition). 3. Contents of agreement are specific, even if only known by memory or in the head. 4. Will not be breached by either party, whether deal is voluntarily or 'forcefully' entered into. 5. Will not be unilaterally rescinded, whether an unplanned loss, unforeseen danger, etc. is imminent or not. 6. Will be executed, to the letter, with or without a regret (connect to #4). 7.
