Purposeful and necessary to engage in activities. 2. Gardener or person tending to plants, vegetables, etc. is adequately informed or knowledgeable. That is, what is done to plants, flowers, etc. are beneficial, not destructive to their growth and development. 3. Activities are timely carried out before plants, etc. are destroyed or damaged. 4. What is done is not destructive to the environment. That is, clearance of unwanted bushes, shrubs, fumigation, etc., does not reduced the fertility of the soil or despoil an ecosystem. 5.
