| GARDEN (1) Definition: (British English) A piece of land next to or around your house where you can grow flowers, fruit, vegetables, etc., usually with an area of grass, (called a lawn). ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to have area for planting. 2. Flowers, fruit, vegetables, etc. in piece of land are the varieties you desire. 3. (Reserved.) (Land is not under dispute.) 4. Well maintained or kept. That is, place will be clean, neat and tidy. In other words, flowers, etc. will grow in a normal and natural environment. 5. Space will be adequate; no overcrowding for the plants, etc. 6. Area will be safe, secured and protected, by fencing or any other appropriate means. 7.
