No serious competition will be present if chance is attempted to be taken. 2. The purchasing power of prospective clients will be guaranteed to be in place. 3. The probability of, or the foreseen profitability (= sales projections) will be high. 4. Remains open until the producer(s) or manufacturer(s), and distributor(s) or marketer(s) is/are ready. 5.
