Has its unwritten rules and regulations which are never legal, and which are known exclusively to the criminals, with provisions for the punishment of members that flout these. ________________________________________ THERE IS HONOUR AMONG THIEVES. This is Number One priority in the world .... 5. ... yet world is 'unorganized', leading to endless fights for supremacy amongst the various gangs therein. 6.
