Purposeful. (Even if considered by some others as unnecessary.) 2. Legal in the area where activity takes place. (Or, if not quite legal, participant(s) are not caught by the crime-busters.) 3. Has rules and regulations guiding its conduct and in its participation. That is, regulated as appropriate. (Stringent or easy.) 4. Gain or profit is apparently inherent in activity. (Win or 'lose'.) 5. No danger of an injury or threat of a physical nature is involved in activity. (Gambler can't get 'twisted'.) 6. Activity cannot easily be stopped or withdrawn from.
