| ARMLOCK Definition: (in wrestling) A way of holding an opponent's arm so that they cannot move. _____________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Not illegal in the referee's opinion. That is, 'lock' will be released once referee decides that the way it is held is not allowed! | 4. Locked arm is not broken or injured or bruised or sprained from the hold. 5. Hold is not uncomfortable for holder.
