Definition: A piece of cloth that is put over or in somebody's mouth to stop them speaking.

* All six elements should be in.

1. Purposeful and necessary to prevent person from speaking.

2. Cloth is clean and neat.

3. Measurement of material does not result in an unplanned loss. That is, person with cloth over or in mouth does not suffer suffocation, an injury, etc.

4. Piece is on (= over or in) for period necessary to achieve goal(s).

5. Cloth serves purpose(s).

6. Cloth will be removed and will not be usable as an evidence afterwards, in case a legal issue arises from act.
