Mass rage, uproar. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, in the concerned people's opinion. 2. Justified. That is, event is ongoing or concluded, for the people involved to be sure that great anger or excitement is defensible. 3. Cause or causes - if not the full details - is/are known by all. 4. All the people involved are united for (= excitement?) or against (= anger?). That is, no internal disagreement or infighting will arise in the course of group expressing emotion. 5. Only those directly involved or connected with or affected by the event/activity participate in action. That is, a disinterested person, in a group, will not be forced to join display of anger or excitement. 6. Situation lasts for a period considered appropriate to help achieve objective(s). 7. No unplanned loss arises for the people involved. 8. No damage occurs to private and public property in the course of expressing emotion. And the environment or ecosystem is not destroyed, by marchers, runners, riders, etc., during the period. 9.
