| FUGITIVE Definition: [ ~ (from somebody/something) ] A person who has escaped or is running from away from somewhere and is trying to avoid being caught. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary - the running away. 2. Person is known and identifiable, whether declared wanted or not. 3. Always ahead of the law. That is, person has to make a mistake or slip to be caught! 4. Not an innocent. That is, person is not running as a result of a mistaken identity or from a miscarriage of justice. 5. Never surrenders, whatever hardship or inconveniences is suffered while on the run. And never takes his or her own life. 6.
