| FRUSTRATION (1) Definition: The feeling of being frustrated (= feeling annoyed and impatient because you cannot do or achieve what you want). ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Expected cooperation, support, assistance, etc. is not forthcoming. Or what is received as support, etc. is inadequate, meaningless and/or unhelpful. 2. Serious efforts have been made or are being made, though these have been, or are, so far, turning unsuccessful. That is, an ability to do thing is assumed possessed by person trying to do or achieve. 3. Nothing can be done in the situation or under the circumstances. And cause or source of annoyance or impatience is known. That is, criticism, condemnation, complaints, etc. will get you nowhere! 4. A serious loss or some losses will surely arise from the disappointment, anger, etc., even as help, support, etc. will still be needed in situation. 5. Feeling rankles ..., can be sensed, as desired result or outcome is not obtained, even though this is not unobtainable (connect to #2). 6. Duration of annoyance or impatience is considerable. That is, other important things are left unattended to while feeling lasts. 7.
