Definition: The situation of using only as much money or food as is necessary.

* All six elements should be in.


1. Purposeful and necessary to 'manage' money or food.

2. Situation is not as a result of inadequacy. That is, enough money or food is available for use, if necessary.

3. Nothing is lost, and no regret arises, as a result of being frugal.

4. Whatever is hoped to be achieved, is achieved by the sparing manner that money or food is used. That is, spending or eating pattern serves the purpose(s) intended.

5. The remainder of the money or food is not wasted, stolen, left to become illegal or to decay, destroyed, etc.

6. (Reserved.) (The people - tramps, scavengers, etc. - in dire need of money or food are not unjustifiably denied access to the kept balance (money) or remnant (food).)
