| FRONT PAGE Definition: The first page of a newspaper, where the most important news is printed. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements should be in. 1. Content is 'breaking'. That is, what is on page is not stale news and is not exactly what another newspaper, if any, has on its own front page. __________________________ See perfect PRINT (2). 2. Print or type, colour(s), etc. is/are bold and clear; visible and readable. __________________________ See perfect NEWS (4). 3. Can be proudly displayed by vendors, at the newsagent's, etc. And no problem such as a libel suit arises from page. ____________________________ See perfect IMPORTANCE. 4. Patronage and readership is promoted as a result. That is, sales and information dissemination is achieved by what is on page.
