| FRONT BURNER Definition: If an issue is on the front burner, it receives a lot of attention because it is considered to be more urgent or important than other issues. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to give consideration to the matter, as issue will impact greatly on the members of a group, society, etc. 2. There can be no limitation in respect of when the particular issue can be raised for some discussion, an analysis, a presentation, etc. 3. No restriction will exist to guide where, by whom, 'which', and how the thing of concern can be mentioned, handled or treated. 4. Portrayal of the issue will be of a no-holds barred nature. That is, features of the issue will be laid bare and open for all to see. 5.
