The time and resources committed to rubbish or nonsense will be the 'barest' and 'freest'. 2. Who displays frivolity will be one that is usually taken seriously - not the 'certified' joker. 3. What is done will not be challenging in any way whatsoever, not on the skill or intellect. 4. Silly behavior cannot be commended, applauded or supported by any right-thinking person. 5. Clearly amusing act or action will be inimical to personal growth - earns 'clown' some loss. 6. Playful and lighthearted triviality will not be condemnable. That is, not considered a vice.
