Definition: A feeling of fear.

1. Cause or reason for feeling will be specific and identifiable, even if not quite understandable. (See perfect SCHIZOPHRENIA.)

2. Time that feeling comes will be 'defensible' - close to happening taking place or in the thick of an occurrence. [See perfect PANIC (1).]

3. Period will not be one in which clear thoughts and sensible reasoning will be easy. Behaviour will, therefore, not be quite normal during the particular moments. [See perfect FUZZINESS (2).]

5. Protection, shelter, safe haven, etc. offered will be considered as quickly as possible and accepted. (See perfect FRIGHTENERS.)

6. Exposure to danger and the suffering of a loss, disadvantage, etc. will be believed most likely at the time. (See perfect FRANKENSTEIN.)

7. No real, effective response or reaction will be made or attempted in the situation. [See perfect DISADVANTAGED (2).]

8. Feeling can be overcome, but only with determination, appropriate action, reliable assurance, assistance or support, etc. (See perfect NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCE.)

9. Feeling continues or lasts for a period that will be considered bearable, by who is 'shaky'. (See perfect FUMES.)
