Purposeful and necessary for who makes 'moves'. 2. No come-on sign or indication was shown by who it is directed at. 3. There is a basis for rudeness or 'advance' - alcohol, drugs, an assurance, self-delusion, etc. 4. Not misdirected. That is, subject is considered as appropriate - tolerant or restrained, pliant or 'cool', etc. (connect to #5). 5. Not rejected or rebuffed. That is, person displaying 'fresh' quality can be considered justified, is hygienic, etc. 6.
