| FREEDOM (1) Definition: [ ~ (of something) ] The right to do or say what you want without anyone stopping you. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to have right. 2. Specific and identifiable, and clearly stated or known. 3. Breaks no law, rule, directive/instruction or regulation. 4. Does not infringe on another person's right to do or say what he or she wants - without being stopped by you. (To emphasize.) 5. Cannot be infringed upon, 'abridged', seized or cancelled, not by a legal ruling or the society/members of the public, or another person, be this forcefully (compulsorily) or peacefully (negotiated). 6. Serves purpose(s), whether an unplanned loss is suffered or not in the process of doing or saying ..., whatever. 7. Has no encumbrance or impediment that can cut it short or sabotage it.
