Purposeful and necessary for who is privileged. 2. Guaranteed by a law, rule, regulation, custom, etc. 3. No obligation or longing to listen to a second opinion. 4. So-called free person is not already under the influence of extraneous elements such as psychedelic substances (to emphasize). 5. No time limit to decide and act, whatever the issue(s). 6. Making and acts won't encroach on another's liberty. 7. Being with a key to 'do and undo' achieves goal(s). 8. No sanction will be faced, whatever decision or activity results from the opportunity, even if these are indecision and/or inaction. 9. Can't be passed on or over.
