| FOURTH WORLD Definition: Developing countries with very low per capita incomes, little expectation of economic growth, and few natural resources, especially the list of 29 least developed countries identified by the United Nations in 1971 as being the poorest. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Countries don't have good external relations with countries of Third and First worlds, even as there would be no excuse for this lack. 2. The leaders of concerned countries won't be doing their very best possible in respect of growing the economy or creating resources. 3. Poor nations have no foreign reserves or untapped, undeveloped natural resources which can be used during an economic downturn. 4. (Reserved.) (Countries will be given facilities, by the richer nations, to acquire loans, to procure arms during wars.) 5. Countries will be susceptible to external manipulation, by richer nations, as a direct aftermath of being poor. 6. Political, social, judicial structures or systems will be stable or solid, no chance of becoming failed states. 7. Loss will be suffered and the evidence of this will be in brawn drain and brain drain, economic migration, etc. 8. Most of their rulers will have personal wealth that will be mainly from embezzlement or corruption. ____________________________ Becoming like 'Fifth' next ... ?
