* All five elements would be in.

1. Parents were believed to be in their right senses at the time baby was abandoned (to emphasize, connect to #5). That is, they might, if required, attempt to justify act and claim it was for the baby's good. (See perfect SPEECHLESSNESS (3).)

2. Both parents agreed freely and jointly to abandon innocent kid. That is, no compulsion will be involved and so, no excuse can be made by either 'father' or 'mother'. (See perfect AWFULNESS (3).)

3. (Where applicable and appropriate) some identification - name tag - or information - health records - concerning baby will be available or provided on the person of infant. (See perfect THOUGHTFULNESS.)

4. Infant will not cause a ruin to benefactor or helper. That is, care rendered will not lead to the bankruptcy of the new 'parent(s)'. (See perfect REASONABLENESS (4).)

5. Baby will, on growing up, pardon biological parents, especially if 'the prodigals' show up to reestablish a relationship, or to try to benefit from the success that 'reject' or 'undesirable' would have attained or become. (See perfect FORGIVENESS.)
