| FOUNDER (1) Definition: A person who starts an organization, institution, etc. or causes something to be built. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Has a purpose and considers it a necessity to start particular thing or to cause thing to be built. 2. Person is the first original mover of the idea or concept, etc. Or person is the major force behind the establishment of thing. 3. Involved majorly and directly with the initial planning, organization, funding, mobilization, etc. for the start of project. 4. Available to provide guidance, direction and support for the development of thing founded. Or states or will state opinions and thinking, beliefs, etc. that can act as a road map for followers, when a need arises for an alteration or improvement of thing founded. 5. Never denies roles in the formation of thing or ascribe beginning to another person or institution. And can explain the basis, has the formula, will pass on or teach others whatever is necessary concerning the thing he or she founded. 6. Achieves objective(s) of starting organization, institution, etc., even if this is not during his or her lifetime!
