Purposeful and necessary to perform act or engage in process. 2. Inputs, ingredients, raw materials, etc. are gathered or collected, collated or assembled. 3. Appropriate steps or acts, such as attachment, mixing, tying, application, etc. are done or undertaken. 4. The applicable stages necessary to get thing whole or together are complete or completed. 5. Variety or form/type of end product desired is what is obtained, as designed or planned, on the final conclusion of the actions taken. 6. The particular thing is formed at the right place and at the right time to help serve intended purpose(s). 7. Result of action or process is sustained or present for the duration desired. 8. Components of thing are complete and in their right places while thing remains in place. 9.
