| FORGERY (1) Definition: The crime of copying money, documents, etc. in order to cheat people. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the criminal. 2. Crime is committed timely to help achieve the goal(s). That is, the duds are still 'current' or 'valid' at the time of use, display, etc. 3. Copy is almost 'real' - closely or cannily resembles the original. 4. Fake is never presented, introduced, displayed, admitted, etc. as being not the real Mc'Coy. (To emphasize.) 5. Benefit (= attention, sum of money, etc.) that would be got from the fake would be the same as the real would have provided, even if only in the short term. 6. Making, production, etc. achieves objective(s). That is, fake is accepted, collected, bought, etc. as the original. 7. Offender(s) will be never be apprehended as true quality of the item would not be found out or will never be quickly discovered to help in arresting offender (to emphasize). 8. There would be an unplanned loss or losses from act, even as this may not be immediately known or experienced, as product or output of the fake, will not be the same as what an original would give, in terms of longevity, durability, etc. _______________________________ See perfect SUSPICION (1). | |
