| FOREHAND (1) Definition: (in tennis, etc.) A way of hitting a ball in which the inner part of the hand (the palm) faces the ball as it hit. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Convenient and comfortable for player. 3. No damage occurs to the hand from the way that ball is hit. 4. Racket, bat, etc. does not get damaged or slip out of hand as a direct result of manner of hitting ball (connect to #2 & #5). 5. Achieves the objective(s).
